• This is a fully remote position that provides the flexibility to conduct sessions in the comfort of your own home.
• Counselors can expect a full-time commitment of over 30 hours a week or opt for part-time arrangements of over 5 hours a week.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions for clients through secure video platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Guide clients in developing coping strategies, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and improving communication skills to aid in their recovery process.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. This population often includes clients managing everyday stressors and seeking to develop better emotional regulation skills. Your role will involve working collaboratively to help these individuals navigate their challenges and enhance their coping mechanisms in a safe and respectful manner.

• A Master’s degree or higher in the fields of Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of independent state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no restrictions or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong interpersonal communication skills that foster effective client relationships.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to conduct virtual sessions seamlessly.
• Proficiency in technology and a willingness to learn a simple-to-navigate counseling platform for managing client interactions.

• Previous experience working with low-acuity patients in outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Experience in telehealth counseling methodologies and techniques that engage clients through virtual platforms.
• Skills in crisis intervention and risk assessment are valuable assets in this role.

• Compensation is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on hours worked and experience.
