In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and challenges, ensuring accurate diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and circumstances of each client, integrating innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Provide compassionate one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as group therapy, using proven interventions to support client growth.
