In this position, you will work remotely, using telehealth platforms to interact with clients. • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and substance abuse history, establishing a baseline for their care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate and support clients' families, involving them in the treatment process to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of sessions, adhering to all regulatory requirements and standards.

This role primarily involves working with pre-screened, stable clients who present with low acuity mental health concerns. By focusing on adolescents and young adults, the counselor can significantly impact their developmental and emotional well-being during formative years. Your expertise will guide clients through personal challenges while promoting skills that lead to lasting positive changes.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth format.
• Experience working with young adults and adolescents in a therapeutic capacity, demonstrating a keen understanding of their specific challenges and needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and proficiency using digital communication tools, including the Google suite and telehealth software.
• A willingness to participate in training focused on our established care pathways, which are evidence-based frameworks for delivering effective treatment.
