• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health concerns, which may range from anxiety and depression to trauma and adjustment issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods that align with clients' needs.

• Provide therapy sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, catering to diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting to ensure their agency and support their journey towards mental wellness.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner to support ongoing assessment and continuity of care.

Our client base is diverse, representing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. As a therapist within our network, you will work with clients who may be facing issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your empathy and understanding will play a critical role in establishing rapport and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; prefer candidates with a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build an authentic therapeutic alliance with clients remotely.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and active listening skills.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensed clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating depth of knowledge in mental health treatment.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting or via telehealth is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic interventions and an ability to adapt based on clinical requirements.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
