We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Rep in our Insurance Follow-Up department! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our patients and internal teams. If you're passionate about problem-solving, compliance, and making a difference in healthcare finance, we encourage you to apply!

What's Available:

  • Full-time - 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

  • Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 6 AM -6 PM

  • Department: Insurance Follow-Up

  • Location: Onalaska, WI for training (1-2 months)

  • Remote eligible after training

  • Must resides in WI, MN, or IA

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a plus

  • Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
