• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive client care, participating in regular case conferences and team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring data integrity and client confidentiality are upheld.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and participation in clinical discussions to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
