• Keep thorough and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in establishing therapeutic rapport and maintaining client engagement in a remote setting.
• A deep understanding of ethical practice and commitment to client confidentiality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases and documentation remotely.

• Prior experience in a teletherapy role, demonstrating adaptability to virtual service delivery.

• Familiarity with digital tools and software for therapy sessions, including secure video conferencing platforms.
