• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telecommunication to evaluate patient needs, barriers, and treatment options.
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused therapy and evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Provide therapeutic interventions in sessions that adapt to the virtual setting while being mindful of each client's unique context and challenges.
• Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all records are kept current and accurate.
• Collaborate through virtual meetings with an exceptional team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews using video conferencing tools to enhance your clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds, ranging from children and adolescents in school settings to adults facing psychological challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Proficient in employing solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions appropriate for remote engagement.
