Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Location: Massachusetts
Work Model: Remote / Telehealth
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

We're hiring a Massachusetts-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout the state. You'll have a regular schedule of appointments and responsibility for your assigned caseload. The position is focused on direct therapy, with clinical documentation and case follow-up included as part of the work.

Main Duties

  • Conduct scheduled therapy appointments online
  • Complete new-client assessments
  • Determine appropriate treatment goals and interventions
  • Provide therapy within your professional scope
  • Review cases and update treatment as needed
  • Complete required clinical documentation
  • Coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate
  • Follow Massachusetts licensing and confidentiality requirements

Requirements
