Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions about their coverage with warmth and clarity.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, and payments accurately to ensure our clients remain protected.

Collaborate with our sales team to identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate updates for our clients.

Handle sensitive client information with high integrity and total confidentiality.

Document all client interactions thoroughly within our internal system to keep everyone on the same page.

Support the overall office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as they arise.


Requirements

Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience managing high-volume client inquiries in an insurance setting.

Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Clear and patient communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail when documenting policy changes and processing payments.

Prior experience with commercial and personal lines of coverage.
