Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exemplary service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and making necessary updates or changes.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Problem Solving: Use your expertise to troubleshoot client concerns and suggest appropriate solutions.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new policies, servicess, and tools to maintain a high standard of service.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust in the company.


Requirements

Licensing: A current resident or non-resident Minnesota insurance license is required.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for delivering excellent customer service.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools is required.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist clients effectively.

Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, while remaining productive and engaged with the team.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently.
