• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, providing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for all participants.
• Document session details accurately and comprehensively, maintaining a clear record of client progress while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve their wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals for consultations, supervision, and to foster discussions on treatment best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in psychology and therapy practices to continuously enhance your skills.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Health Hour Counseling Services, you will be working primarily with adults seeking therapy for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing compassionate and individualized care to help each client manage their mental health challenges and live fulfilling lives.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• Current and active licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other therapeutic techniques.

• Experience working in a remote telehealth environment, comfortable with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and client interaction.
• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. You will also enjoy the added bonus of receiving payment for client no-shows and late cancellations, as well as a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
