Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
  • Responsible for supporting the Medicare STARS team in validating, certifying, and ensuring the quality of data migrated into Snowflake as part of a unified data fabric initiative. 
  • The role involves performing data validation, building quality monitoring processes, supporting migration testing activities, and ensuring accurate and reliable reporting for healthcare analytics and business users.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with ETL pipelines.
  • Experience with data validation and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to support migration testing and data certification processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • Experience with Snowflake queries, data modeling, and data sharing.
  • Experience validating and certifying enterprise data.
  • Experience supporting data migration and cutover activities.
  • Healthcare data experience preferred, including claims, member data, or Medicare STARS metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards and data quality monitoring processes preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate and certify data migrated from the unified data fabric into Snowflake.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across Medicare STARS datasets.
  • Build and maintain data quality checks and monitoring dashboards.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on migration testing and cutover activities.
  • Support analytics and reporting needs for Medicare STARS business users.
  • Document data lineage, validation, and certification processes.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues to maintain reliable reporting and analytics.
