Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments within virtual consultations to identify client needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records utilizing secure electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance client care through shared expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base in our outpatient settings, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your therapeutic interventions will be pivotal in guiding individuals towards recovery and improved mental well-being. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or licensed psychologist in California.
  • Proficient in applying solution-focused therapeutic techniques to design individualized treatment plans that meet clients' specific needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills that foster strong relationships with clients and their support systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex mental health issues effectively.
