About Andor Health

Andor Health is redefining how care teams connect and collaborate through intelligent, AI-driven virtual care workflows. We empower health systems to streamline communication, accelerate clinical decision-making, and optimize care delivery across their enterprise. Our team works alongside some of the most innovative hospital systems in the country, solving complex operational challenges with agility and impact.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Architecture team. In this role, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across large health systems to design intelligent workflows using Andor’s configurable platform. You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable solutions that improve clinical efficiency and enhance patient care.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone passionate about healthcare transformation, workflow design, and applying AI to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

·  Analyze current-state workflows and define future-state goals in collaboration with client teams

·  Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout the design process

·  Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Andor’s platform, including taxonomy configuration, routing logic, video endpoints, and notification frameworks

·  Document solution designs, including workflow diagrams, configuration specs, and implementation notes for internal teams

·  Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders

·  Support technical planning for integrations (e.g., APIs, HL7, FHIR, SFTP) and ensure solution readiness

·  Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment and long-term scalability

·  Contribute to internal solution frameworks, templates, and repeatable playbooks to accelerate future implementations

·  Serve as a platform SME, advising on how to best leverage Andor’s capabilities to meet client goals

Qualifications

·  2–4 years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, clinical operations, or consulting

·  Strong understanding of provider workflows, hospital operations, and patient flow

·  Demonstrated experience in workflow mapping and design

·  Familiarity with EMR systems and standard healthcare data protocols (HL7, FHIR)

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead client-facing sessions

·  Organized, analytical, and able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

·  A passion for solving complex operational problems with elegant, scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience supporting virtual health workflows, provider scheduling, or intelligent routing logic

·  Background in clinical informatics, implementation consulting, or digital health delivery

·  Exposure to agile product development cycles or early-stage product teams
