Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health therapy to adult clients through virtual consultations, ensuring each session fosters a safe and empathetic environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
  • Monitor clientsโ€™ progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate effective therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with medical practitioners, support staff, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care focused on overall well-being.
  • Document clinical notes and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records that adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and co-occurring chronic conditions. Our client population is varied, and you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills to support individuals from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent care in a non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must possess a master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline and maintain a valid license (such as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice independently.
  • Strong ethical standards with a commitment to complying with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with mental health practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to convey empathy and support during client interactions.
  • Ability to manage priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation while working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in delivering mental health counseling services, including outpatient therapy and brief intervention models.

Compensation and Benefits
