• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather relevant data for diagnosing mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation or mobility challenges.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, fostering skill enhancement and innovation in therapeutic practices.

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A non-judgmental approach that emphasizes empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for maintaining a manageable caseload and adhering to documentation deadlines.

• Previous experience in a community health setting is advantageous, as it fosters an understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
• Experience in providing teletherapy services is beneficial, given the increasing demand for virtual mental health support.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and a willingness to integrate new methodologies to enhance client care.
