The Human Resource Technology (HRT) Analyst will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, with a strong emphasis on Payroll processing and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM).

This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with local labor regulations, while supporting seamless integration and continuous improvement of HR technologies to align with and enable organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience supporting HR systems and processes, preferably in multiple disciplines with any HCM application preferably Oracle Fusion HCM focusing on Payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and HR operations.
  • Technical proficiency in HR systems, data management, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Learning Management and Timekeeping systems will be considered as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with a minimum of intermediate skills in Word, and Outlook; advanced excel skills at a proficiency level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English communication at an intermediate level or higher is required to ensure effective collaboration on global projects
  • Strong customer service orientation. High energy and passion for interaction with people.
  • Able to work with cross-functional, global/remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with system integrations (ERP, time & attendance, benefits platforms).
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or HR analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with global payroll practices (if applicable).
  • Project management experience in HR technology implementations

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Support
    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot, particularly Payroll system and Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system issues, enhancements, and upgrades for KR sites
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security between Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll systems 
    • Provide secondary support for Learning Management by administering the LMS to ensure effective course delivery, compliance tracking, and accurate reporting of employee training records.
  • Payroll Management
    • Understand and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams (if required) to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
    • Generate payroll reports and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvements in departmental efficiency and employee experience
    • Support system integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, Oracle HCM, Timekeeping and others).
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure payroll and HR data comply with statutory requirements and internal audit standards.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on payroll, workforce analytics, and HR metrics.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and HR systems.
  • Training & Collaboration
    • Provide training and guidance to HR staff and end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
    • Collaborate with IT, HR, and external vendors to deliver system upgrades and enhancements.
    • Act as a liaison between HR and technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
