• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, focusing on stress reduction and emotional well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, adapting mindfulness strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience, encouraging community and support among participants.
• Integrate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health issues, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to harmonize treatment approaches, enriching client care through integrated practices.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and personal mindfulness practice to enhance your expertise and stay abreast of advancements in therapeutic techniques.

You will work with a diverse array of clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
• Proven competency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication skills necessary to create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients seeking help.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is considered a strong asset, as is a history of facilitation in group settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices is highly desirable.
