As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Arrowhead Family and Marriage Consulting LLC, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and functional assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
• Providing brief, focused therapeutic interventions for clients in need of mental health services, employing evidenced-based practices.
• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify and manage psychosocial issues, ensuring clients receive holistic care.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular follow-ups and modifying treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Creating relapse prevention plans and equipping clients with self-management skills to maintain stable functioning.
• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment updates meticulously in the client management system, ensuring compliance with agency protocols.
• Consulting with clinic management and other interdisciplinary team members on behavioral health services and developmental insights to improve clinic outcomes.
• Actively participating in clinical team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices.
• Upholding the highest ethical standards and adhering to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.
• Completing any additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and efficacy of the clinic's operations.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.
• Current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) status in the state of Illinois.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health assessment tools, treatment methodologies, and psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Strong understanding of DSM-IV diagnoses and behavioral therapy principles.
• Ability to assess individual patient needs accurately and design appropriate treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Capacity to maintain confidential patient records and compile necessary reports.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly regarded, aiding in effective communication with a broader patient demographic.
• Experience working in a community health setting or with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
• Familiarity with local community resources and their application in mental health treatment.

This LCPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from $87,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
