• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with your clinical supervisor, ensuring that each plan aligns with evidence-based practices.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions for consumers, providing a supportive environment where clients can share experiences and learn from each other.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on best practices.
• Conduct individual meetings with clients, families, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Assist clients with accessing community resources and support networks, acting as an advocate for their social service needs.
• Collaborate with volunteers and interns on projects and events that promote community engagement and meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Establish and nurture connections with external referral sources, including local agencies and healthcare facilities, to facilitate intake referrals.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics as established by the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
• Familiarize yourself with JCAHO and Medicaid standards, contributing to the organization’s accreditation efforts and compliance with mental health regulations.

Our clientele includes diverse individuals grappling with various mental health issues, with a primary focus on perinatal mental health. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders related to pregnancy, childbirth, and adjusting to parenthood. Your role will be pivotal in providing specialized support and resources to enhance their mental well-being during this significant life transition.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid social work license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient mental health environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective client interactions and teamwork.
• A clean record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Previous experience working with perinatal populations or specialized mental health programs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies to provide efficient, client-centered care.
