Work Environment

This role will be predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule while still ensuring access to your patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that address both mental and physical aspects of chronic pain.
  • Empower patients to take an active role in their treatment by setting realistic goals and providing ongoing motivation throughout their pain management journey.
  • Assist patients in navigating emotional and psychological challenges associated with chronic pain, offering support and practical coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
