This role will be predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule while still ensuring access to your patients. Our virtual clinical environment is equipped with the latest telehealth technologies, providing seamless communication for both counseling sessions and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and health coaches to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to our patients, ensuring a cohesive treatment experience.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that address both mental and physical aspects of chronic pain.
• Empower patients to take an active role in their treatment by setting realistic goals and providing ongoing motivation throughout their pain management journey.
• Assist patients in navigating emotional and psychological challenges associated with chronic pain, offering support and practical coping strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions that promote healthy lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies among patients.

Your primary focus will be on patients who are dealing with chronic pain conditions, which may also include co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. This patient population often requires a unique combination of counseling skills and health coaching, allowing you to play a pivotal role in their holistic recovery. Your compassionate approach will not only address their psychological well-being but will also contribute to their overall health outcomes.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and active LMHC license in the state of Washington.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate remote counseling and team communications.

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting addressing chronic pain or related conditions.
• Experience with health coaching methodologies and a holistic approach to treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
