Holistic Recovery Counselling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is remote, allowing flexibility and work-life balance while still engaging in meaningful interactions with clients and team members. Our outpatient office provides a collaborative and supportive setting where counselors can share insights, best practices, and resources. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients, with an emphasis on natural learning practices.

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of clients to determine appropriate services and interventions.
• Analyze and monitor treatment outcomes as an integral member of our mental health team, making adjustments as necessary to enhance client progress.
• Engage and support families, ensuring comprehensive care around the needs of the child, incorporating family dynamics into treatment planning.
• Develop rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting and safe environment conducive to personal growth and development.
• Create individualized treatment plans that involve the family, leveraging evidence-based practices and adhering to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Provide families with key skills and resources to support their child's developmental goals, incorporating practical and everyday applications of therapeutic themes.
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to facilitate learning and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards to safeguard both staff and clients throughout service delivery.

You will actively work with children and families, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, which may include individuals facing socioeconomic, cultural, and language barriers. A strong commitment to cultural competence, respect, and understanding of diverse family structures will enhance your ability to provide effective support to our client population.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.
• At least 2 years of direct experience working with children in early intervention or related mental health settings.
• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse learning styles of clients, ensuring personalized treatment strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance client care and administrative responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• A collaborative team player who demonstrates respect and inclusivity when working with colleagues and clients.
• Bilingual abilities are highly encouraged, as they enhance our capacity to serve a diverse clientele.

• Experience with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, particularly within family-centered care models.
• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices that emphasize learning through everyday experiences.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
