• Develop and implement person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans that cater to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Continuously assess and address clients' treatment needs through regular evaluations and check-ins.
• Assist in crafting, monitoring, and executing individual service plans to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Coach clients in the development of essential life skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication.
• Provide education to clients regarding available community resources, acting as a proactive advocate to link them with appropriate services.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals aged 18 and older who may experience difficulties integrating into their communities or achieving independence due to various mental health challenges. You will utilize a holistic approach, addressing not just the mental health symptoms but the underlying factors affecting your clients' daily functioning, ensuring they have a robust support network in place.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a clear understanding of ethical standards and legal regulations in mental health.
• Current license must be free from disciplinary actions or sanctions.
• Proficient in clinical assessments, treatment plan development, and intervention strategies.

• Prior experience providing direct clinical services to diverse populations, preferably in a community health setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• A successful history of maintaining client confidentiality and building trust with clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
