Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients’ needs and monitor outcomes as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.

  • Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families, employing evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to families, equipping them with skills and strategies to enhance their child’s development.
  • Implement the coaching model and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate learning and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect both staff and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on care plans and interventions within prescribed timelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves children and their families who may face significant socio-economic challenges. As a member of Holistic Recovery Counselling, you will focus on early intervention strategies to support developmental milestones and mental health needs. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.
