Intimate Bridge Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This full-time, remote position plays a critical role in providing essential support and services to children and families within school settings. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays or disabilities.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to tailor interventions to each child's unique needs.
• Monitor patient outcomes and progress through regular follow-ups and team meetings, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Provide crucial support and guidance to families, equipping them with resources and strategies to facilitate their child’s development.
• Adhere strictly to federal and state regulations governing clinical practices and protect the well-being of all clients.
• Develop rapport with children, families, and educational staff to create nurturing learning environments conducive to growth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to engage children during interventions.
• Implement IFSPs, making recommendations on service frequency based on each child's developmental status and family priorities.
• Educate families on enhancing their child's growth through practical information and tailored strategies.
• Apply coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to improve the learning experience and outcomes for children.

This role primarily focuses on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. By engaging with infants and toddlers, the LCSW plays a pivotal role in their early intervention services. • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel as necessary for client visits.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with young children in an early intervention context.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices that prioritize family involvement.
