Good Hope Psychotherapy Center is seeking a committed and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This position is entirely remote, using our advanced telehealth platform to connect with clients through secure video sessions. You will work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. The virtual setting allows for flexible scheduling, enabling you to meet with clients at intervals that suit both their needs and yours. Our practice is committed to ensuring that you have the necessary tools and resources at your disposal, including access to a robust electronic health record (EHR) system and ongoing technical support.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status during initial and ongoing sessions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations, focusing on realistic goals for therapy.
• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our EHR system for each session attended by clients.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and therapeutic modalities to assist patients in navigating urgent emotional challenges.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, when pharmacological interventions are needed.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans according to patients' progress and feedback.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay current with mental health trends and techniques.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds, providing a culturally responsive therapeutic environment. The remote nature of our services also allows us to extend our reach to underserved populations, making your role crucial in improving access to mental health care for all.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical mental health settings.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth technology.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

• Experience providing culturally competent care and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
• Proven track record of utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities in a remote setting.
• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, along with skills in crisis intervention.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
