This full-time position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional commitments. However, our outpatient office in Lowell, Massachusetts, provides structured support and resources to our remote clinicians. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
  • Respond to urgent client needs by offering crisis intervention services for those experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring immediate support and referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, explore treatment options, and navigate community resources available to enhance their support systems.
  • Commit to continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and professional conferences to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to recognize and address a variety of mental health issues.
