This full-time position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional commitments. However, our outpatient office in Lowell, Massachusetts, provides structured support and resources to our remote clinicians. You will enjoy a collaborative and technology-driven work environment, utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions, documentation, and team meetings, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care. • Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals.
• Provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
• Respond to urgent client needs by offering crisis intervention services for those experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring immediate support and referrals when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, explore treatment options, and navigate community resources available to enhance their support systems.
• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and professional conferences to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and trends.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic practices.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
