Our flexible schedule allows you to choose your working hours, providing the work-life balance you deserve, with sessions scheduled primarily Monday through Friday.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and mental health evaluations to accurately determine each client's unique needs and challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to support clients' specific mental health goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a blend of solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in teletherapy sessions that leverage modern technology to maintain effective communication and support.
• Participate in crisis intervention services as necessary, addressing immediate client needs with care and expertise.
• Actively pursue ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on best practices within the mental health industry.

At Serene Souls, you will work with a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• An advanced degree (master's or doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities to handle multiple clients and responsibilities efficiently.
