• Provide ethical, empathetic mental health counseling sessions via video chat, helping clients feel valued and understood.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate current mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in developing new coping strategies, enhancing problem-solving skills, and improving communication techniques.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health concerns. This supportive environment allows you to provide focused and individualized counseling, fostering growth and resilience in your clients. As a mental health counselor, your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their unique challenges and enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
• Independent licensure that allows you to operate without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions related to licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate seamless telehealth sessions.

• Experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modern therapeutic methodologies.
• Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but training will be provided for candidates new to this modality.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of clients.
