• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the diverse needs of your patients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, healthcare teams, family members, and guardians to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each client's progress and needs.
• Regularly schedule and document appointments, home visits, and progress evaluations.
• Coordinate in-home observations and data analysis to tailor interventions appropriately for clients who require additional support.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on patient care and treatment strategies.
• Stay on top of documentation by completing monthly and quarterly progress notes that inform treatment adjustments and coding standards.
• Lead training sessions to ensure staff are well-versed in the program's procedures and documentation requirements.
• Act as a liaison with external organizations and the mental health community to advocate for your clients' developmental goals.
• Organize and implement procedures for training materials that enhance program quality for individuals served.

In your role, you will engage with a wide array of clients, including both adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance misuse. You will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their circumstances, providing them with the tools and support needed to thrive.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, ideally in clinical settings where you have been responsible for direct patient care.
• Strong ethical understanding of mental health practices and legal requirements within the field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and familiarization with telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed practices, or substance misuse counseling.
• Prior experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting.
