• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans that respect their personal goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in diverse settings—individual, couple, family, and group therapy formats.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that patients in acute distress receive prompt and effective care in partnership with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and appropriate regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with strategies and knowledge to manage their mental health conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches as needed.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation, many of whom may be experiencing complex co-occurring disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred.
