This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while remaining an integral part of our team. The role is designed to accommodate a flexible schedule, offering you the ability to set your own hours each week. This flexibility is especially important within our Detox Center, where the needs of patients may vary greatly depending on their circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans that respect their personal goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific mental health needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in diverse settingsโ€”individual, couple, family, and group therapy formats.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that patients in acute distress receive prompt and effective care in partnership with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and appropriate regulatory guidelines.
  • Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with strategies and knowledge to manage their mental health conditions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches as needed.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.
  • Uphold ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation, many of whom may be experiencing complex co-occurring disorders. This role will require you to employ cultural competence and empathy, addressing the diverse backgrounds and unique circumstances of each patient. Your contributions will directly impact their mental well-being and long-term recovery outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
  • Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with patients from various cultural backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a track record of successfully applying them in practice.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
  • Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching to help you secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
