• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, identifying individual needs through structured interventions and clinical discussions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their personal goals, promoting overall mental well-being and life satisfaction.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies to facilitate client self-discovery and positive behavioral change.

The clients served at Restore Health will be primarily adults seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders and stress management. All clients are pre-screened and categorized as low acuity, allowing our therapists to focus on providing effective interventions without the immediate pressure associated with high-risk cases. This structured approach promotes a productive therapeutic relationship, fostering trust and optimal engagement.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychological Sciences, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to form meaningful connections with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy and compassion, employing a non-judgmental stance while guiding clients through their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills, enabling efficient case management and timely completion of administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is highly preferred, with a familiarity of virtual platforms that support effective therapy sessions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in providing therapeutic interventions.
• Knowledge of mindfulness-based approaches and techniques to enhance treatment efficacy.
