• Work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to their cultural backgrounds and personal goals, adjusting those plans as needed based on progress and feedback.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using techniques like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress while coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing support and care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to comply with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their overall well-being.
• Participate in ongoing assessments to monitor treatment responses and ensure that interventions align with best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest research, methodologies, and trends in mental health counseling to integrate new knowledge into your practice.
