Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, tailoring your approach to each individualโ€™s situation.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalitiesโ€”including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed careโ€”to effectively address client concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals and interventions that reflect the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups designed to foster community and build coping skills among participants.
