Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services, LLC seeks a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to support the mental health and well-being of our clients, with a particular focus on youth in their formative years.

This position operates out of a remote work setting, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage meaningfully with clients through virtual platforms. As part of our outpatient office, you will be a vital contributor to our collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with other mental health professionals to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will be managed under a structured supervision model to ensure compliance with all ethical standards and best practices.

• Adhere to the organizational policies, procedures, and protocols established by Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.
• Maintain a structured work schedule as agreed upon with your supervisor to ensure reliability and accountability.
• Document client progress accurately using our electronic medical record system, tracking goals and treatment plans efficiently.
• Maintain appropriate licensure requirements, including current Oregon Driver's License, CPR, and First Aid certification.
• Offer assistance and resources for clients facing financial or social challenges that may interfere with their mental health.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and ideas that enhance our therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effectively managing a high caseload while prioritizing client needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in line with licensing body requirements and personal growth objectives.
• Adhere to the ethical codes and standards of practice relevant to your profession.

Your primary focus will be to provide therapeutic services to youth, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will work to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering trust and open communication as they navigate their challenges. By implementing evidence-based interventions and a client-centered approach, you will play a crucial role in guiding your clients toward improved emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Possession of an independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.

• Experience in a high-volume clinical setting, where caseload management and prioritization of client needs are essential.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols specific to outpatient mental health care.
• Insights into diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your approach to supporting a varied client demographic.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
