• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring your approach to their unique situations.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review service plans, setting actionable objectives that align with clients’ long-term personal goals.

This role will primarily serve families and individuals facing a variety of social challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, disability, and systemic barriers to accessing care. As an LICSW, you will be instrumental in empowering clients to navigate and overcome these challenges by providing thoughtful, empathetic, and culturally competent support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating foundational knowledge of social work principles and practices.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), ensuring compliance with governance in clinical practice.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and convey complex information clearly.
