Job description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a full stack engineer/developer with experience in projects emphasizing big data and application monitoring and development.


This person will ensure the continued performance, reliability, and availability of two critical applications, which are essential to our client’s supply chain and planning operations. These Full Stack Engineers will support activities that minimize disruptions, maintain stable daily operations, and deliver approved fixes or enhancements as required.


This person will also be responsible for Application Monitoring - Performing continuous monitoring of application performance, integrations, and workflows to maintain system stability and enable early detection of issues.


This person will also be responsible for Development Support – delivering approved enhancements, configuration updates, and defect fixes to maintain and improve current application functionality. This work is strictly support-oriented, not new feature development.


• Design and develop database objects, tables, stored procedures, views, etc. as needed

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end

• Understands the concept of Data marts and Data lakes and experience with migrating legacy systems to data marts/lake

• Uses additional cloud technologies (e.g., understands concept of Cloud services like Azure SQL server)

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Aptitude to learn new technologies and the ability to perform continuous research, analysis, and process improvement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work in a team environment to include customer and contractor technical, end users, and management team members

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end

• Manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities.
