Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues. The role involves monitoring systems for security and reliability, managing backups, and troubleshooting various technical concerns.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues
• Create and update system builds for end user systems
• Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security, technical or reliability concerns
• Monitor infrastructure and report any concerns or issues to higher technical support
• Create and verify backups of data. Perform restores as needed
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Upgrade infrastructure systems as required for enhanced functionality and security
• Troubleshoot/Configuration
• Review application and system logs for errors and consult other team members for recommended remediation
• Install and test new POC and demo systems
• Provide support for desk phones and mobile devices
• Any other duties as assigned
