• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, employing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to gather relevant information.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health counseling.
• Lead therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group settings, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective recovery.
• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to facilitate integrated care tailored to each client's treatment plan.
• Offer education and support to clients' families, fostering understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process to reinforce the recovery network for clients.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in mental health care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic emphasizes evidence-based treatment modalities to support clients from various backgrounds, recognizing that each individual’s path to recovery is unique. You will play a critical role in helping clients develop coping strategies, set achievable goals, and navigate their journeys toward improved mental health.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Expertise in mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, demonstrating compassion and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, essential for effective collaboration within a multi-disciplinary treatment environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally within a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools utilized in remote therapeutic settings is preferred.
• Experience in facilitating groups or workshops focused on personal development or mental health education.
