Work Environment

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while providing essential counseling services from the comfort of your home office. Our outpatient facility is equipped to support a wide range of patients, ensuring that you can focus on delivering high-quality care without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Your work schedule will be adaptable, allowing you the freedom to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Conducting in-depth assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintaining regular communication with supervisors, healthcare staff, families, and guardians to provide updates on patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Creating and managing a schedule for patient appointments, home visits, and observations to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Coordinating home visits for evaluation purposes, including chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis, to enhance the clientโ€™s treatment experience.
  • Monitoring the implementation of treatment plans to guarantee they are effective and appropriately executed.
  • Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to facilitate cohesive care strategies among team members.
  • Documenting monthly and quarterly progress reports to track treatment efficacy and patient developments.
  • Training and mentoring new staff members on program implementation and documentation requirements to ensure high standards of practice.
  • Following up with clients through interviews, visits, and observations for ongoing support and adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and accessible records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
  • Acting as a liaison with community resources and other mental health organizations to enhance the support network for clients.
  • Contributing to the development of training materials aimed at improving program effectiveness for individuals and families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth. Our patients present with various mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help guide them on their journey toward achieving healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a proven track record in a similar setting.
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
