As a Mental Health Counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with varying degrees of mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your empathetic approach will be key in establishing rapport and understanding their unique experiences, thereby fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of strong therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of therapeutic principles, showing empathy and compassion towards clients’ challenges and experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively balance therapy sessions and necessary documentation duties.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, enabling tailored approaches based on individual client needs.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferably within a community health context, enhancing the capacity to relate to a diverse client base.
