• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately evaluate each client's mental health needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing tailored interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client treatment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, case conferences, and professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, providing direct therapeutic services.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
