Aquent is partnering with a leading company in the healthcare sector, dedicated to making a significant impact through innovative solutions. This organization is committed to driving brand consistency and creative excellence across its portfolio, ensuring a cohesive and compelling presence in the market.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic/Production Designer to join a dynamic creative team. In this pivotal freelance role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating the visual identity of multiple brands, directly contributing to critical marketing and communication efforts. Your work will ensure that all creative assets are polished, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages, making a tangible impact on brand perception and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your design expertise in a fast-paced environment, initially for a one-month, 40-hour-per-week assignment, transitioning to 15 hours per week through the end of the year.
What You'll Do
You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Creative Services and Senior Graphic Designer, executing day-to-day creative requests across various digital, print, and marketing channels. This hands-on role involves managing multiple projects independently, delivering high-quality, on-brand work with minimal direction, and utilizing established brand guidelines and creative workflows.
  • Adapt, resize, and version existing creative assets across multiple brands and formats.
  • Design digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, display ads, and paid campaign creative.
  • Create email graphics, newsletter assets, and campaign visuals.
  • Produce sales and marketing collateral, including one-pagers, brochures, and PDF resources.
  • Design presentations for executive, sales, and marketing audiences.
  • Develop event and tradeshow materials.
  • Create web graphics, landing page assets, and blog imagery.
  • Support basic motion graphics and simple video edits, including thumbnails and promotional assets.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.

What You'll Bring
We are looking for a highly skilled designer who can hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution to our client's creative initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house creative team or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, digital, and brand design work.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or product lines.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute with minimal onboarding or supervision.
  • Strong production skills with organized files and production-ready deliverables.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Microsoft 365.

Preferred Experience
  • B2B or healthcare marketing experience, particularly within technology-driven environments.
  • Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Presentation design for executive and sales audiences.
  • Basic motion graphics or marketing video production.
  • Previous experience supporting a fast-paced, in-house creative team.
  • Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
