Job description

Are you a creative visual storyteller who can turn complex concepts into compelling, courtroom-ready graphics?

Join Esquire as a Graphic Designer—a dynamic role where you’ll create persuasive visuals that help legal teams communicate case strategies with clarity, precision, and impact.

Why Choose Esquire?

Esquire is a leader in legal support services, known for innovation, professionalism, and delivering exceptional quality. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to high-stakes litigation by transforming complex evidence and legal concepts into visuals that inform and persuade. At Esquire, we are focused on Getting it Right for our clients, our partners, and our employees, and we empower our teams to deliver exceptional work that makes a meaningful difference.

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll develop visuals that support trial strategies by clearly communicating technical, scientific, and legal concepts in compelling formats. Working closely with attorneys, trial consultants, and internal stakeholders, you’ll create courtroom graphics, illustrations, timelines, animations, and presentation materials that strengthen case storytelling and support litigation success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with attorneys, trial consultants, and internal stakeholders to understand case themes, evidence, and strategy
  • Conceptualize and design courtroom graphics, illustrations, timelines, and animations that clearly convey complex concepts
  • Create persuasive visuals using industry-standard graphic design software
  • Design presentation materials that are clean, consistent, and aligned with case messaging
  • Modify and refine graphics in response to feedback, often under tight deadlines
  • Assist in developing visual strategy and storytelling approaches for trial exhibits and demonstratives
  • Ensure all final materials meet deadlines, presentation requirements, and technical specifications
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation of design versions
  • Apply creativity, originality, and strong design judgment to produce high-quality client deliverables
What You’ll Need
  • Skills: Strong visual storytelling ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present design concepts to non-creative stakeholders
  • Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred Tools: Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software such as 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience producing complex graphics and animations; litigation graphics experience preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of relevant graphics work is required
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Attributes: Organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, accuracy, and deadlines
What Success Looks Like
  • Timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet the needs of legal teams
  • Responsiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly and accurately
  • Meaningful contributions to the clarity and persuasiveness of visual trial exhibits
  • Efficient project workflow and strong collaboration with attorneys and other stakeholders
  • Consistent production output aligned with team expectations and case timelines
Work Environment

This is a remote position requiring a professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet and minimal distractions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting where creativity, responsiveness, and precision are essential to supporting high-stakes litigation work.
