  • Create tailored service plans that align with clients' goals, track progress, and modify treatment strategies as needed to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Advocate for clients by helping them navigate complex social systems and access essential resources, including housing, healthcare, and legal assistance.
  • Participate actively in program development, monitoring effectiveness, preparing evaluation reports, and contributing to grant applications that secure funding for future initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with community organizations, state agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and unify efforts toward social change.
  • Attend team meetings, professional training sessions, and community outreach events to expand your knowledge and strengthen community ties.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, often facing the challenges of mental health issues, trauma, and socioeconomic barriers. Your role as an LCSW will involve working with adults, children, and families who require resilience-building strategies and support. You will engage with individuals from marginalized communities, ensuring equity in access to mental health resources and advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues, including trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and effective communication.
  • Capacity to manage multiple caseloads effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in a nonprofit environment or social service sector environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support services available within Tucson and the surrounding areas is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits

The Recovery Solutions Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
