The role is based in Midwest, United States (remote). We are also looking for this candidate to be local to Cedar Rapids, IA for one year training. Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the fuel ethanol and carbohydrate processing industry

  • Drive new business opportunities and support achievement of revenue targets

  • Understand ethanol and manufacturing processes to identify and advance sales opportunities

  • Develop account plans and present commercial offers aligned with marketing strategies

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical service, supply, marketing, and R&D

  • Support implementation of IFF technologies such as enzymes, yeast, and fermentation solutions

  • Resolve customer challenges by identifying root causes and unmet needs

  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, forecasting tools, and internal systems to support sales execution

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a technical-facing role

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work independently

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region

  • Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office, and technical/business tools

  • Experience in ethanol, corn processing, agriculture, food, or chemical industries

  • Knowledge of fermentation processes or industrial manufacturing environments
