Oakridge Counseling and Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in providing exceptional mental health care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Implementing an array of graduate-level clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to support clients in achieving their personalized goals.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through regular documentation, patient rounds, and communication to ensure cohesive treatment planning and execution.
• Engaging in case management activities that include consultation with hospital and community professionals to guarantee holistic care and effective resource utilization.
• Maintaining high standards for ethical and timely documentation in the context of treatment and departmental requirements.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, focusing primarily on individuals seeking outpatient support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your clinical expertise will help clients navigate their distinct experiences and empower them towards recovery and well-being.

• A master's level degree in counseling or social work, with current licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct counseling services in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, accommodating client needs for therapy sessions.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Competence in completing comprehensive assessments and managing treatment plans, demonstrating clinical judgment in decision-making.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records to enhance service delivery and documentation accuracy.
