• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring plans are centered around their specific needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments for each client.
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to promote professional development and address clinical concerns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
• Embrace a growth mindset, continually seeking knowledge and improvement in all aspects of practice.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from different backgrounds in the Saint Petersburg area, allowing for impactful work that addresses varied cultural and personal experiences.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Must possess an unrestricted, active LMHC license.
• Proven ability to conduct intake assessments and provide direct psychotherapy services.
• Comfortable using technology for client management, documentation, and communication (e.g., Excel, RMS systems, Outlook).

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting post-graduate preferable.
• Experience working with a diverse client population and addressing a range of mental health issues is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a therapeutic alliance with clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, with payment received ahead of collections, providing financial stability for our clinicians. Additional benefits include:
