Are you a college graduate looking for an entry level career at a growing company? Our corporate office in downtown Chicago (currently fully remote) is looking to hire highly motivated, self-driven, personable, and team-oriented Care Coordinators. Our ideal candidates are outgoing, professional, have great organizational and administrative skills, and excel when multi-tasking. The role pays $18-20 per hour based on experience and bonus incentives based on performance metrics.
The Care Coordinator's primary responsibility is to interface with patients on the phone, email, and live chat to get them scheduled at one of our 16 Chicagoland clinics and/or one of our growing telehealth practices. We are currently servicing patients virtually in over 20 states. This role will also work internally with clinic teams and providers to ensure they have all the relevant information and guidance they need to provide a 5-star patient experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
  • Serve as our new patient scheduling liaison for 16 clinics across the Chicagoland area and 20+ states virtually for telehealth visits
  • Manage and schedule new patient appointments and promptly respond to new patient inquiries
  • Provide support to clinics for scheduling, insurance collection, and billing related questions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited school
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Customer-first, outgoing attitude and exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
