Regional Sales ManagerLocation:

Remote based (Midwest preferred), with a primary focus on supporting the commercial growth of our six (6) industrial facilities located in PA, MI, IN, and IL. Secondarily, promoting the products and services performed at our Houston, TX facility.

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (Industrials) is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across a defined territory by developing new customer relationships and expanding share of wallet with existing accounts. This role emphasizes pipeline development, pricing discipline, and strategic account management.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales and business development will be considered. Industry-specific experience in heat treatment is advantageous.

  • Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and business development. Strong interpersonal and comm- Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth

  • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and General Industrial markets strongly desired
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to sell process-driven solutions.

  • Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency in standard business software applications and CRM systems.

  • Travel Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively (50% minimum).

  • Identify crosssell opportunities across Bluewater capabilities
  • Strengthen customer relationships across engineering, procurement, and operations

  • Execute valuebased pricing strategies
  • Ensure consistency in quoting, lead times, and margins
    1. 4. CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Achieve defined pipeline coverage targets
    1. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with plant leadership, technical teams, and inside sales
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new work
    1. 6. Market Intelligence
