This role requires someone who can confidently partner with senior client stakeholders, drive operational excellence, improve capacity planning processes, and lead cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution.

  • Ensure capacity planning aligns with business priorities and technical requirements
Technical Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across multiple teams
  • Coordinate engineering efforts to deliver complex programs successfully
  • Drive execution while balancing competing priorities
  • Track program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Partner with technical teams to support architecture and implementation decisions
Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery
  • Lead status reviews, planning sessions, and executive updates
  • Resolve delivery issues proactively while maintaining customer confidence
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement and create additional client value
Technical Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering teams on technical planning and execution
  • Translate business goals into actionable technical programs
  • Support technical decision-making with data and operational insights
  • Help prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and delivery risk
  • Contribute to operational improvements across engineering organizations
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiables
  • 5-10+ years managing complex technology programs
  • Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives
  • Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience
  • Demonstrated experience with capacity planning and forecasting
  • Experience improving operational processes at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams on technical delivery
  • Previous ownership of production systems or large operational environments

Important: Candidates with strong project management experience but limited technical depth, production ownership, or capacity management experience will not be considered.
